AGRIFLEX bulk flour storage, conveying and dosing system
Application
Complete bulk flour handling system based on Trevira A.T. PRIMA indoor fabric silos (20 m³ / 12 t each) with vacuum pneumatic conveying (1500 kg/h per line), bag unloader, VIBRO V 601M in-line sifter, magnetic separators and LG 39 weighing-dosing system for up to 5 components and 99 recipes with discharge to three mixers. AISI 304 stainless steel, CEE compliant, IP55/ATEX electronics. System configuration (silos, lines, discharge points) is engineered for the customer’s plant; systems with 4+ silos and five feeding lines have been delivered and later expanded in Ukraine.
