Application
Semi-automatic line for producing samsa with a crispy dough texture. The dough band is baked on an 800 mm cylinder (one-side browning) and cut to adjustable length; the filling is deposited automatically, and a belt conveyor accommodates two forming operators. An optimal solution for medium production volumes.
