Application
Industrial spiral shock freezer with the FRIGoBELT® Nova self-stacking belt for freezing semi-finished products: pelmeni, cutlets, nuggets, schnitzels and similar. Freezing from +15 °C to −18 °C stabilised. Stainless steel construction, EU certified, CIP washing, ADF air defrost system for 24 h continuous operation, PLC control with remote access.
